Protocols

Through years of experience, the IRMS Lab has established standardized internal procedures to ensure the quality of isotopic analyses. These protocols can undergo minimal adjustments depending on the specific needs of each study, however, their fundamental procedures are maintained.
Described below are the fundamental procedures for collecting, storing, handling, and analyzing liquid, solid or gaseous samples in IRMS devices. However, it is highly recommended to do a detailed search of the current literature or contact researchers with experience in the type of sample and analysis that will be carried out in your study to know in detail the methodology to be used before applying it.
